A passion for building and rebuilding after disaster is what we look for in our Construction Analysts (CA/CC). In this role, you’ll work to assess home damage, verify the source of the damage, create estimates, and create a comprehensive repair plan that helps those affected get back on their feet. Our CA/CC’s are an indispensable part of recovery, and helping affected communities get their lives back. This position works closely with our Resource Coordinator to manage repair projects and volunteer teams by coordinating donated materials, volunteer labor, and contractors.

Join our team as a Disaster Case Manager and make a difference in the lives of those affected by disasters. In this role, you will work as a skilled helper to partner with disaster-impacted individuals or families (Clients) to develop and achieve their recovery goals. Our Disaster Case Management approach goes beyond just providing relief or services, it takes a comprehensive and holistic approach to help clients recover fully.

Every functional team needs a strong leader. We look for a strong team player to support our Disaster Case Managers and to ensure survivors get quality care. Depending on the disaster, you may also be the first point of contact for survivors seeking help.

The Outreach Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for disaster survivors. You are a passionate communicator, who acts as a fixed point in the universe for people whose lives may have been turned upside down. You’ll work with survivors to ensure their needs have been met, and keep in contact as they recover. If you are organized, compassionate, and an excellent communicator, Outreach Specialist may be the role for you.

Recovery can’t happen without resources. After the Storm’s Resource Coordinators ensure that the proper materials, volunteers, and referrals are in the right place, for the right people, at the right time. The Resource Coordinator’s duties include identifying and obtaining resources, maintaining a comprehensive database of resources for disaster survivors.
